This time can be a time of great joy and excitement, and society tends to focus on all the exciting things. Which often leaves new parents unaware of what to expect and the changes that come. Many new moms are surprised that they are now suddenly dealing with intense postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and even postpartum rage.
